UPDATE: Been over 7 months and still havent been contacted, either the general manager doesnt care, or the woman on meth is the GM. I didnt want to post the videos online, but if no one wants to talk about this....im posting them. Guarantee after you see these videos you wont be going there again.Original review:Contacted customer service to actually get to speak to the general manager, hopefully I will be contacted. This location on east bay drive in Largo, Florida is the worst. Did an online order and went to pick up. Sat waiting a few minutes to speak to anyone, while I waited I watched a woman (think she was a manager) acting really messed up. She was on the headset and rolling her jaw, kicking her legs around and making the weirdest faces while throwing her arms around in every direction. I started recording with my phone and pretended I was talking. They man working the fryer, opened the window and asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes, for Mason. He called out a pickup for Mason, the woman said yeah,yeah,yeah like 7 times in a row. I asked if the drink could have no ice, he shouted, no ice in the drink...and she got upset and said, well it's not on the ticket for no ice. If he doesn't order it no ice, he gets ice, I'm not remaking it. I shouted in through the window, it's okay, ice is fine.She walks over and hands me the drink, with the lid not secure and it spills all over the passenger seat. Oblivious to this she says, have a good night. I said what about my food? Oh, I thought they gave it to you. Said No. She turns around and her register is open, drive through window open and a car sitting there. She starts blaming the other workers....who left the register open, who, you can't do that.Well it was her, got it on video.So I ask the man, what is she on? He takes out an earpiece and said, what's she doing? I said no, what's she on, he takes out the other airport and I repeat one more time. He shakes his head, rolls his eyes and says, man I don't know. Told him I recorded her and will talk with a manager, and he looks at me and says, thank you.Got home and recorded opening the bag of food and it's disgusting! Threw it out.

Not bad! First time trying checkers and it was pretty good. Mozzarella sticks were delicious and seasoned well along with the fries. We got just the cheese burgers and they were okay they reminded me of a McDonald's cheeseburger with a thin patty.

Do not buy from this online store, I placed an order for wings and waited the indicated time to go pick them up. When I arrived they told me they didn't have wings and they couldn't give me my money back either. I had to call the call center and now I have to wait 4 days for my money to be returned.

My fiancé and I had Checkers delivery tonight. We ordered chicken and fries. The Dasher said there were no chicken tenders. They replaced our chicken tenders with hot dogs. THEY WERE THE MOST REPULSIVE HOTDOGS I’VE EVER SEEN. I can’t help but notice a review 1 month ago regarding their A/C and water not working. We will 100% never eat at this Checkers again, and I personally may never eat a hotdog again.

I was the only customer in the drive thru. I told the young lady several times on my checker burger meal that I didn't want mayo on my sandwich cause I'm allergic. That I only wanted the veggies cheese and mustard and ketchup. I wanted to up grade my French fries to chili cheese fries and a small root beer. Instead I get a sandwich that's been sitting for hours with mayo slapped all on it, fully loaded re-dip fries that was old with ranch bacon that I didn't ask for. A extra large drink that I didn't ask for. Now remind you I'm the only customer and they couldn't even make my food fresh and correctly. I just didn't get that if there's no other cars in your drive thru. My meal was almost 15 dollars for something I ordered regularly at $10. Then when I get to the drive thru window the cashier says oh I'll pay for your fries cause even though I told her chili cheese fries she put regular fry in the bad and I bump the horn to let her know it was wrong still gives me wrong fries again. I get all the way home and my food is all wrong and messed up. I drove back up there and now you wanna do my order over and fresh and get everything right but why you couldn't do that in the first place. Customer service sucks ? there.Parking: They need to listen and get people orders right. Especially when a person repeats they order these times to you and tell them you are indeed allergic to mayo. Stop using old food and re dipping the french fries as if that's fresh.
