Our Order was 30 minutes late from pickup time. Didn’t receive half of my order. Tried calling back multiple times and never heard back. Finally got ahold of a manager who stated they refund the order. We waited a week and called back since we never received the refund. We spoke to a new manager who said they would refund it, but it never came.
