Exec Chef did not disappoint! We had a small wedding group on the books and had a last minute change two days before our scheduled catering which forced us to change dates due to inclement weather. Had a great experience with exec chef!! I'm sad to say I have no photos of the food... the photographers were too busy eating!But I used exec chef for my wedding because Tampa Bay yacht charters recommended it. We ordered the sliders, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, salmon zucchini rolls, Buffalo chicken bites, and brownie bites. Everything was delicious! Terrible Catering company! He will only take your order if you spend a lot of money.The website said you could make changes 24 hours in advance. When I didn't need as much food as I originally thought he canceled on me! His customer service practices will send this business down the drain! I also just heard from a friend that the food was low quality!! Beware if you think about ordering food from this company!
