We’re new to this area of town and we were doubtful that we’d ever find an old school breakfast diner like the one we frequented in our old neighborhood. We googled ‘breakfast diners in Seminole’ and were intrigued by the awesome reviews here… me more so by the comments on their old fashioned grits! Beary GoodGolden Bear has been around for many years and they have a lot down pat. The place is usually busy and the staff is efficient. The coffee is good and the eggs are, well, eggs. The French toast is pretty good. The downfalls are the grits and ham. The grits are a little more flavorful than most similar restaurants, but the texture is soupy.
