Reservations are required to this wonderful authentic German Restaurant. My sister-in-law was born and raised in Germany and said this is the real thing. The food was delicious. We had; Gemischter Salat with carrot salad, potato salad, cucumber salad, bean salad, lettuce, tomato, and red cabbage. The fresh bread was served with yummy herbed butter. For our main course I had Schnitzel, a huge piece of breaded pork with gravy on the side, spaetzle which are wonderful noodles and carrots, my Brother had Schweinebraten, pork roast with gravy, spaetzle and red cabbage, and my sister-in-law had jagerschnitzel which is breaded pork topped with mushroom gravy, spaetzle and carrots. They also, had a large selection of German beer and wine. The restaurant is decorated in German fashion with wood motive, German beer stein adorn the shelf around the top of the restaurant, their is a Stammtisch table reserved for VIP guest, a working cuckoo clock and a German hiking stick with badges. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and delicious food prepared by our a German cook from Schwaben. We will most definitely be back next time we are in town. A new favorite.

my daughter and I have been going there for years and years while I can't speak for my daughter I can however say that she must also like it as she shops there a lot. I have never had a negative experience both in the store or for that matter the restaurant. I usually end up buying more than I intended as everything looks and tastes so good. I am a s***** for zwiebelwurst and kreuterleberwurst I love the fresh bread and the Mohnkuchen is absolutely scrumptious. Whenever they take their yearly vacation I'm eager for the day they reopen. Restaurant is close and they do not have any signs to convey that information. They have the grocery store open. Employees and owner do not have a sense of service. They don't see to be happy serving customers. Even when they open the restaurant, I'll be hesitant in visiting them. Hope they can work on their service.
