An hour and a half before close they had cones blocking the entrance so no one could go in. Then told us they just cleaned the machine so they didn’t want to make a milkshake which we were first okay with until I saw our McDoubles had no ketchup and we are at an air bnd and don’t have anything here. And this mcchicken like cmon did they take a lick of Mayo and lick my sandwich

I have nothing good to say I placed an order on the mobile app wanted 5mins to go pick it up curbside waited 20mins before i decided to walked inside EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING AROUND ON THEIR PHONES…..one got an attitude with me & said you order 20 nuggets it takes longer the nuggets are fresh….Which they wasn’t all the nuggets was cold & fries was cold too there was another lady that was waiting for her food too longer than me.

Mobile app curbside pickup was super slow tonight. But the order was hot and accurate.
The staff are incompetent,they are too involved hanging out back texting and smoking.The last three times I went required two trips each time to get my order fixed.Things like no ketchup etc.I will probably go back when Ai machines replace these people.Any we have brought back to fix comes with a stupid smirk from the person at the counter.They just do not care about their jobs.

If we are going to pay 15 an hour, employees need to learn how to put together a burger. When I opened the container, the hamburger was slapped together with the hamburger half off of the sandwich and way too much sauce. Made me sick to my stomach with so much sauce.
