I placed an order for 4 of my guys. I just wanted a cheeseburger. Easy enough right? Not here. I got back to work, sat down to eat. I immediately notice the burger's thickness (or should I say, thin-ness). It looked like somebody sat on the burger. Is that what happened? How does a burger (in the bun)get to be a half an inch thick? I figured I'd just eat it & go on with my life. So I took a bite, it didn't taste right so I had to spit it out. I guess to be fair, after seeing the cheeseburger, I pretty much lost my appetite. Now I have to leave work once again & drive all the way back to McDonald's. I asked for a fresh burger & a caramel sundae for the inconvenience of having to go back & for my time. Whoever was running the place said NO. She said she's had problems with us in the past - of course she has, this is not my first time eating here. We put up with a lot. As it's not uncommon that there are missing items, or items we didn't order, or they just get the order all screwed up. Keep in mind that I usually pick up food for myself & my service team. My time is worth nothing to you. As long as you got the money, the #&*@ with the customer. I'm guessing, instead of throwing out old product they give it to the drive thru customers. They'll be many miles away before they realize they were given such terrible food. I will never eat MCDONALD'S again! Now that I think about it I should be thanking you. I'm sure not eating McDonald's will add many healthy years to my life.

Girl at the window really. I gave her the wrong code for the mobile app and when I tried to give it to her, but I got out the window. She argued with me and would even look at the code on my phone. I did get upset, but then they locked the window on me. It would not even listen to me. I called the manager who continue to say that I was cussing at the girl which I may have said as I was driving off. Whatever happened to the customers always right. All they needed to do was look at my phone and see the code and give me my order. I will never go to McDonald's.

I placed a breakfast order at 10:40am on app and when I went to pick up order I was told my order was canceled because I got there at 11 am and menu changed but I was still charged for the order an was told that the refund would take between 24 and 72 hours, the chain charged me instantly for order while breakfast items were available and order should of been completed and waiting for pick up but all I received when I arrived was nasty dispositions and a waiting period to receive a refund instead of them kindly offering to place a new order with the money I was charged...I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THE CHAIN FOR MANY YEARS BUT I CAN ASSUREI WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO MCDONALD'S CHAIN AFTER THE TREATMENT TODAY

This is the most disgusting McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. Ordered the two cheeseburger meal with extra onions and extra pickle. The meat was old and horrible, there were almost zero onions in it and what was in it were brown and rotten. Actually feeling sick to my stomach. The health department needs to pay a visit. I mean it’s McDonalds, and i wasn’t expecting much, but serving inedible rotten food is unacceptable. I’m truly amazed, couldn’t eat it after two bites and donated it to the trash. Standards need to improved, i wouldn’t feed this to a stray starving dog. I’ll be following up with video of our experience. For health reasons alone, i would suggest anyone to consider anything but this health hazard. I wouldn’t recommend standing in the parking lot of this bio hazard. McDont eat here. 3/15/2024 purchased at 9:21 Pm, eastern time in Barclay Square Plaza. Largo Fl. ??????‍☠️ This may be the only place CVid will die.

i would rate it lower but it won’t let me give 0 stars. the lobby says they are open til 11 and they denied us at 10:15. we asked if we could walk through the drive though and they said no. we then asked a women who was going through the drive through if she could place our order and they told her the kitchen was closed… amazing 24 hour service. we will not be back.

Went to pick up an online order at 10:30 pm tonight. Was told that all they had was the fries and drinks because they had already cleaned the grill? First of all, Google says it's a 24 hr store, but they say they close at 11pm? So if they close at 11, why can't I get my online order at 10:30pm?? That's not right, and if you say you close at 11, what does that have to do with getting my order at 10:30?? Get it together McDonald's!! There were four other cars that left in front of me at the same time. Bet your corporate office won't appreciate this!

Maybe 1/5 times the order is ok, don’t get how you can raise meal prices by $4 and still let your workers give out the wrong order half the time or soggy undercooked fries with no salt, that’s just McDonald’s during inflation for ya:)

Luckily we split order deliveries for our staff meeting. One was ordered in Westbay very kind and polite service crews orders are spot on. They called and apologize the our order will be few minutes late since they're cooking new set of hashbrown. Very sweet manager.But Walsingham location is complete opposite rude manager, we have missing orders, when contacted we've been told to call the corporation to fix the problem.For missing coffees during delivery, told call corporation to fix the problem, so what the corporation is paying you for as manager then? Wow!

I have been doing Mc Delivery for my hospital te for a while but I never experienced RUDE manager like LUPE. Saturday March 2 as usual I ordered via McDonald's app via Mcdelivery. When they delivery man came carrying 2 bags, we thought he is going back to get the rest of our delivery but them he left, soon as he left I contact this location because that where our ordered are from, a lady answered and says she will send them to us but there's nothing. I called this morning, spoke to Lupe she told me just bring the receipt and she'll give the missing drinks, I came and then she insisted on debating with me about they don't do delivery, I explained to her you have it at your mobile app, that's were I ordered, then she told me call the corporation and they will fix my problem. RUDE! This is my first time ever had an issue with the delivery and RUDE person name LUPE.I will never come back in this location, not even for delivery.
