Ordered delivery at 7:30. Estimated arrival was 8:04-8:14, then estimate changes to 8:30, then 8:45 then 9 and now finally got it at 9:10. Tried to call and inquire about the order, someone kept picking the phone up and putting me on hold. Horrible customers service!

Don't order here over a weekend. Orders are done late bc the store is so busy. And employees don't know what's going on when u go pickup an order bc they are so stressed and even say the same.

This is the 2nd bad/wrong order I’ve had in the last month or 2. Last time we ordered a pizza with extra pepperonccini on the side. We get our order, and no extra pepperoncini like we had asked for and we’re charged for. I called after receiving and found out they charge $1 a piece for extra. The manager on duty said “oh I’m sorry”. I figured no problem. I’ll just see if they can comp them next time.Tonight I order a large, thin crust “the works” pizza with no Canadian bacon, 3 garlic dipping cups, and asked if I could please have extra pepperoncini on the side and asked if we could please be comped for those since last time we paid and never received. “Of course, no problem!”. We get our pizza tonight and there’s NO cheese on the pizza, No extra pepperoncini, no garlic dipping cups, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I called directly after and was told by the manager on duty that she’d send a new pizza, a priority order.. at the same amount of time I had been told for our first pizza tonight. We finally got our order- it was correct, it was cut as well. Plus an extra 4th garlic dipping cup. One pepperonicini looked like it had a bite out of it. Pizza was cold. Delivery driver wasn’t friendly at all. Very disappointed with the service and food from this location. I’d like for them to have my service back but I just don’t think they will.

The store is clean. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help when I come in for carryout. The pizza has been consistently delicious as well. Very happy thus far with this location. Definitely recommend it!

My food usually arrives accurately and quickly. The drivers are usually friendly. What I like the best is how quickly I get the food; when I order, I get the estimated arrival time from the app, though the drivers typically show up prior to the earliest time in the time range.My latest order was the only one that had problems, and it had several problems.The gluten-free crust pizza actually came on a thin crust in a large box, rather than a gluten-free crust in a small box.The gluten-free crust pizza had some toppings I ordered and some I didn't order (which then made the pizza trash). I called the store, and the manager said she'd send over a new pizza. The new pizza has the toppings I ordered, and this one is on a gluten-free crust.The two original crust pizzas look like they both have thin crust. When I called the store 17 minutes later, the manager said they received a shipment of dough that doesn't puff up like it typically does.A bad thing was that the gluten-free pizza box had an upside down garlic butter cup (which no one in my house likes), and that leaked through to the box below it.Another pizza had a leaky garlic cup that leaked onto two to four slices of pizza.The third pizza had a big scrape on the top of it as though someone took the garlic cup, placed it on the pizza, then pulled it across two slices to rest it on a third piece.If any of us liked the garlic, some of this would be acceptable. There seems to be something weird at this location on this day. This is the only time I've experienced a problem with this store.The manager said she would refund my money for the complete order, though I have not seen a refund over the past 25+ days. I completely distrust the manager and this Papa John's at this point.One thing I would change would be the app, which is not the responsibility of this location. I would love to get all pizza sauce (red) cups and no garlic (green) cups, though that isn't an option on the app. That desire for the app does not at all matter with this location's rating.

I ordered a delivery pizza online from the Papa Johns on West Bay and the delivered it sooner than quoted. It was hot and exactly the way I ordered it. The driver was very courteous too.

I'm not sure about the papa bowl stuff, but sticking to just pizza and the garlic butter is definitely the way to go.

I usually like this location but this is ridiculous. I’ll take down this post if I find out they lost power or had a fire. My order is now 40 minutes late. The app never updated from “baking” and never gave a new estimated delivery time. I called the location and no one ever picked up. I gave up after 30 minutes. Don’t bother with customer service they told me to submit a feedback form and that I’d hear back in 48 hours.
