Arrived and wasn't met at the door Sign said wait to be seated then after a few minutes I was pointed to a booth. Table wasn't set, had to wait for service.. The customer service wouldn't even be one star. The soup was a star of the show, very good. I wouldn't come back again because of the horrible service.

Excellent food and the frozen drinks are delicious: I have tried several flavors and all of them are delicious.. the place is clean and is in the Largo Mall so I do not have issues with parking. Their service is excellent and the food is fresh and delicious..I usually pick up food and they are usually very quick. But when served there it is clean and the service is great.

Most unusual combo restaurant with Vietnamse, Japanese, American & Mexican dishes. Good Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Avocado smoothie & Bánh Mì (Vietnamese baguette sandwich). Nice clean venue with great service.

This spot is close to my jobsite and i was craving pho. Clean, big dining room and they welcomed me right away. I got the #1 Pho, all kinda crazy meat & a Thai tea- $20. The food came quickly since i showed up at 11:30 & it was deliciois. The Thai tea was big and hit the spot. I took some menu shots and the prices went up. Check the pics for recent prices. I will keep going back if I'm around, it was a great meal.

The atmosphere is absolutely dreadful, loud and annoying annoying pop music, popularized by TikTok, is playing on constant loop, making you want to ram metal rod into your ears, just to get it to stop. In the televisions TV shows, such as SpongeBob, are playings for people suffering from brainrot, so they can put their mind at ease instead of spending quality time and having an actual human connection/conversation. and dont get me started on the staff, they seem to be more interested in their phones, then actually providing good service, and giving their workplace a good reputation. It took them nearly 25 minutes to even give us the menus, and ask us what we wanted to drink. The rude looks that I'd see every so often from the employee at the front desk, as he was clearly scrolling on tik tok, just tops the cake. You do not look at a paying customer, like they are an inconvenience, and trash. When I got the food, one of the shrimps was still frozen, avoid the place if you want to be treated like a human. If you enjoy being looked at like you are an extraterrestrial being, then this is the place for you. If I could rate 0 stars I WOULD ????Wheelchair accessibility: Not necessarily wheelchairs, but they had chords sprawling on the floor in several spots, making it very easy for unaware customers to trip on. The landscape of this building is not disability friendly.

I love their pho broth but their noodle sucks. Instead of a plain rice noodle, they use weird cellophane noodle where the broth does not smear into and does not do justice. I have to either tell them to substitute for vermicelli noodle or skip the noodle and eat with rice. One time, the cook said it's the same noodle and refused to substitute. I have been going there for almost five years and I know the difference. It should be no big deal since they already make vermicelli noodle bowls. I really hope they put both noodles and do the taste comparison and see what I am talking about. Other than that, I only have much love for their food.

One of our favorite Pho places to eat. We come here a lot, maybe too much. lol! I get the flank steak and beef pho, soooo good. My husband always gets the combo Pho (warning it has tripe in it), he loves it. We also love the pork dumplings, pork pot stickers and I love their spring rolls (Vietnamese style). However the pork dumplings are a little bigger than we are used to. It's in a strip mall, but when food is this good who cares. Oh we have never tried it, but the other customers rave about their Boba drinks too. When in the mood stop in! Also great for those one or two days of cold weather get here in Florida!

Eye round beef pho is good. If you like chili sauce ask for extra because they don’t give you too much.

Good service and clean restaurant. The Pho was kind of bland but the fried calamari was crispy and yummy.

Halong Bay 2 is located in the Largo Mall complex. It's in the same section as Target on the southern side. The interior is spacious and has a great vibe. We were quickly greeted and seated. For entrées, we both ordered B1, The Spot Special. It was their combination rice vermicelli bowl with grilled shrimp, grilled pork, grilled chicken and an egg roll. It was a HUGE portion! Everything in the bowl was quite tasty. As with most Vietnamese restaurants, the menu is voluminous. The wait staff was speedy and friendly. We will working our way through their menu. I heartily recommend The Spot.
