Good tasting pizza served timely and correctly

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza. And cinnamon rolls. This was the smallest “large” I’ve ever purchased. The crust wasn’t seasoned and was slightly overcooked and bland. The toppings and sauce was skimpy. I’ve had pizza hit that was much better.

We picked up an order this evening and when we got home we realized that the order was incorrect. I called the store and the employee answered the phone with “Pizza Hut, will this be take out or delivery?” After explaining what had happened I requested the order to be delivered to me. The employee then told me that they would be unable to do so as they had no drivers. Highly disappointed.

Offered me a birthday gift, placed my order, paid for it, I get there and they took the birthday gift back. I will drive an extra 5 miles to get to a Domino's next time.
Thus place says they need drivers when they actually don't. Twice i had the same manager ( a latina woman with tattoos) in a span of a year bring me in for an interview, question me take my info the whole nine, say they will call back and they never even called or texted

Only because I had to put one!!Ordered delivery. Email said 25-30 min. 40 min no pizza.Asked for driver to not ring bell or knock. No more words could be typed.Next to my door is a big bench you can’t miss. No notification it was even delivered even asking for text tracking. Call the store to find out where pizza is.Told it was just delivered. Go out front and my pizza is on the ground and ants all over it. Not on the bench which is literally at the door. So while on phone explaining to “Jay” the manager that the driver left food on the ground and not on the bench-which you can’t miss. But driver just left it on ground. The manager not once apologized. We were late to a party because delivery wasn’t even on time. So replacing it was out of the question. But Jay just insisted on telling me over and over that the notes said do not knock or ring. So driver just puts it on the ground. Didn’t offer a refund, just store credit. Not wanting that after the unprofessional manner that the manager was saying to me. Any person would see the bench-why put it on the ground? The bench even says “DELIVERIES HERE PLEASE” because we didn’t want bugs in our food. I even offered to send a picture of the bench to show how any person could not miss the bench and sign.Refund is what should have been offered, why would I wait for another order when the first one wasn’t on time!!But having someone argue with the customer is just enough to never go back.

Ordered a carry out large 3 topping pizza using the mobile app. Pizza was done in less than 15 minutes and was cooked perfectly! It's definitely worth the special price of $10!!

So here's the deal I've ordered from the store several times I only had one issue and it was resolved but last night like everybody else in these times I work hard for my money I don't order out maybe once every couple months my kids were begging for pizza so we ordered from this Pizza Hut off Walden him in largo Florida my total came to 47 once the pizza arrived not only was the driver rude and completely disrespectful my wife had just had surgery on her back she dropped the pin and asked if he could hand it to her he literally said no and she had the penguin waddle to pick the pin up get the food inside we ordered two of the big dinner boxes first off there was more crust on this pizza than there was cheese we called and and complained they only sent half the order back the manager was rude as can be I was calm as can be refused to give a refund or replace the rest of the order was very unprofessional very very rude will never order from the store again I highly recommend don't waste your money atThis location
