Honestly this starbucks has gone downhill. I go maybe 1-2 times a month and i avoid it for a reason. Frappuccinos are always watery, coffee tastes burnt, and the employees look like they hate their jobs. I get having a bad day or being busy, but that cant be the case every time right?

Slow morning service when going into the store and not friendly. Dark roast never made so you have to wait (they could at least tell you that). Had to stand there not knowing why it’s taking so long. Maybe they need to drink their coffee first to get a bubbly personality that early? I’ll go elsewhere next time.
