I had bad coffee made at a bakery and paid upwards of $9.00 and was made not to my liking. I was so, upset went to nearest Starbucks witch I should have started off in first place.However, the staff made me a new coffee and didn't charge me for perfect cup coffee.Staff member was name Kiera and Eve. We always order on the app and go through the drive thru. The girl who checked us out was very rude. She told us we should have waited longer to pick up. We have never had that problem before. We do this 2 to 3 times a week. It was ready in 2 min. Imnot sure what the issue was. There was no one in front of us in the drive thru.
