1st time I was at this location they made my drink wrong. 2nd time I waited 25 minutes due my drink. People came on off the street to order and got their drinks before me. The server was blonde female and rude. The guy just said we didn't get your ticket sorry. And laughed. I will not be back there. You have lost a faithful client.

I came to visit during the afternoon and while they took my order right away, it took them about 20-30mins to make my drink. I understand that with two people behind the counter and a busy drive thru it might take awhile, but something needs to change and be done. However, the drink was a 10/10, and the atmosphere was clean and organized.

It takes forever for one drink and there was no customer waiting in the store on a Sunday afternoon . Made the drink wrong, didn’t even bother to fix. Usually Starbuck employees are really nice about fixing or remake your drink but this store is not the one.

My husband and I visit Starbucks several times a week for a nice afternoon coffee, we typically visit a different location. However we have visited this location off of starkey and Bryan dairy several times and we are treated so poorly every time. Specially by a women named “Mel”. Todays experience is what finally pushed me to leave a review, we weren’t greeted at all for about 5-8 minutes until Mel came to take our order, at this time there was a few ppl in line waiting and as I was telling her my order and she cuts me off and says “ SPEAK UP” very rudely. I shrugged it off and repeated my order. She then snatched her headset off And said “Your speaking to low, you need to speak up”. My husband standing several feet away (farther then she was from me) said he could hear me clearly Just fine. This would have been fine, if Mel had just been more polite, but instead was very aggressive towards me. We probably will not visit this location again because of the rudeness we experience every time we come To this specific location. Drinks are always delicious though!

A few minutes later, a barista came up from the back and said “one second, we’ll be right with you”. MIND YOU, there were two other baristas working who said nothing at all. One however, was working the drive thru. The barista who came from the back finally says “how can I help you”. I asked politely, if she was the manager and she stated “I am right now”. I explained how I had been waiting and no one said anything to me until she came from the back. She literally just stared and me and said nothing. I then say, “I’m telling you this, and you can’t even reply? “. She finally says, I’m sorry. I WILL NEVER SOEND MY MINEY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I go to Starbucks twice DAILY and I never have had that treatment. I will be calling corporate.

Prices are high and they close so EARLY, I no longer use them they close to early. All the starbucks have went down they don't want people there so they close really early.

I tried calling multiple times. I just ordered an ice coffee and it was not made at all right it taste me like flavored WATER. For the amount I spend here each time my coffee does not need to taste like WATER. Especially because it f the way I asked my coffee to be made.Very disappointed
This little Starbucks is always exceeding expectations. The staff is always polite and friendly, and there is hardly ever a wait! Always clean and the lightning is warm and bright! Perfect coffee spot without the fuss or lines! Thanks for being awesome!!
I come here every day, There needs to be a better solution for the morning rush, it takes entirely too long to receive our order, and the line outside is a disaster.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. I kindly asked when my order was going to be ready and one of the servers told me "you need to be patient". I told her, I have been patient and have been waiting for 15 minutes. Five minutes later my drink was made and one of the young girls shoved it across the counter rudely. I have never had any problems at any Starbucks until today.

I am a parent volunteer with a local high school and have been calling businesses just to ask for small donations for 11 seniors. I left messages on three separate occasions for the manager and followed up each time and was told she was not available and then when I called to try one last time today, I was told that she was on vacation and that the person filling in for her was not authorized to make any donation decisions. While I understand that all of us are busy, being a manager requires that you take extra steps to make sure your customers are satisfied. Our girls spend a lot of money at that Starbucks, as it is very close to the high school, but I will certainly make sure to steer them towards Dunkin' as they were more than happy to donate gift cards.
