I’ve been to this subway quite a few times and it is hands down by far the best Subway/sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is so cool and caring and even offered me some encouraging words when i was down one day. I highly recommend this location on East bay even if you have to drive a little further. Everything is always fresh and he makes great sandwiches and is just an awesome guy in general.

Service was very friendly. Let me hand-check the consistency of my freshly baked bread before deciding if I wanted my bread toasted. I opted not to toast. Bread was fantastic. Was also patient with my 14 year old son. He was being shy and slightly indecisive. Staff maintained a good disposition and professionalism. Great job!

I wish I could give this place more stars because I would. I came in here today with my daughter to get a sub and they only had one employee working the whole store. When I came in she already had a few customers standing in line ordering, but she still took the time to look up and greet us when we walked in. She was very sweet, great personality, this woman is a huge asset to the store. Most places you walk into, staff members get nasty and don’t want to work. Walk into this subway and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Food is always great at Subway. The woman that was working today, she deserves a raise!

This location abruptly stopped taking coupons. When will business learn that coupons bring customers in the door and help grow businesses. Walked out and took my business to another subway. Must be a very greedy owner.
OMG you GOTTA try the new Boss sub...meatballs AND pepperoni AND fresh mozz! This Subway does it well. Friendly service and delicious sandwich! Clean, well lighted restaurant with nice little seating areas for eat-in enjoyment. I'll definitely be back to this place ♥️

There was oy one girl working, the bread was stale and cookies were old. She was left with very limited supplies. The young lady working was very nice but the food was terrible and options were very scarce.

Do not go to this subway. The worker there is rude, and obviously hates her life and takes her frustration out on customers. I have never been treated with disrespect at the level I was today. Cooperate will be getting a letter about this subways ethics and customer service

I had a coupon they said they would not accept it. They told me they would honor only a 5 dollar off coupon that I did not have so go home and get it. I will never shop there again. I believe they are going under. I have noticed they are lowering their quality I could hardly find the meat.

I ordered 2 meals (2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks) Didn't receive second bag of chips or drink. My sandwich barely had any meat on it. I tried to call and got a machine. My husband went back to get them and was told they were not on the receipt. I am looking directly at the receipt and clearly see I ordered 2 of each and didn't receive them. My husband wasted more gas to go back and got no results! I will drive a couple more blocks to Ulmerton Road or even Missouri Ave, let's see if they do better. They certainly can't do any worse.
