Crazy that wingstop became one of the more affordable options for fast food. 20 boneless wings with fries for $17 has me in there door about once a week. It will be a sad day when they inevitably take that away.Food is usually pretty good here. Always hot and they make sure to take care of you if you end up with a bunch of small wings, might throw a few extra in. That's the kind of service that makes any other problems disappear. I don't care if an order gets messed up once in a blue moon when they clearly are trying their best to take care of their customers.Give every person at this location a raise and make sure all your wingstops operate like this one.
I ordered food from this place, and the food was cold. All of my food was cold. Why would you send food from Ulmerton road to south Saint Petersburg?? I spent $81 on dinner, and was very displeased with everything. I will not be ordering from here anymore, and will do my best to discourage other people from using this establishment as well.

I was charged $6.00 when I ordered ice water. After looking at my receipt, I realized he charged me for sodas. I politely asked for a refund since we didn’t purchase a soda, only water. The manager said he couldn’t give me a refund, and when I asked to speak with his manager, he said he was the manager. And he gave me and my daughter a threatening look as if he wanted to fight us. Never going there again. At least the food was good.

The guy accidentally charged us for our waters, and when i went to ask him to take it off the bill, he said he couldn’t do it. i was asking him why not and he LITERALLY threatened me. never coming here again. (yes this was the manger)

My wings had hair in them and when I told the manager she was very rude. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she didn't have one. Elevating the complaint to corporate. I've never had such a horrible experience.
