I am beyond outraged with Baskin-Robbins. What was meant to be a joyous birthday celebration turned into a complete debacle thanks to their incompetence. We have been going to this Dunkin for over 10 years. Our service today was terrible. It was extremely slow. The cashier was nice but the food lady was rude reprimanding customers for not hanging onto their receipts. 1. It's so slow you don't need one. 2. The cashier was not providing receipts. I'm not going to pay for something to be talked to like a child. Will not be back.
