Called next time and the employee didn’t know about the online deal so she put her manager on and the way he described it first was not really the way it turned out to be once I asked some questions.When we arrived they have a nice big parking lot but the first entrance was valet only, next entrance the same, last entrance too - 100% valet! I never valet for a bunch of reasons. We had to circle the block to find metered parking as the only alternative.We get inside and they tell us to wait and so we wait and we wait and wait and finally I ask what we are waiting for and it is for them to get enough people to put together a hibachi table. That’s an experience I recommend for anywho hasn’t done it, where they cook at a large table that holds about 8-10, but anyone who follows me knows I have a lot of experience with Asian food and we’ve been there done that. So they tell us we can sit in a section with regular tables and they cook in back. The hibachi tables have a nice view of the Intracoastal waterway but not where we were seated. So no one came to serve us so I found our waitress and she was not worth waiting for, I gotta tell ya. Didn’t know how much it costs to add shrimp when it turned out to be right on the menu highlighted no less .Didn’t write our order down and then denied that we ordered the extra add ons when they didn’t come. But the food was delicious. The only disappointment was that the white rice in a traditional Japanese restaurant is of the highest quality- only Korean restaurants do it as well. Here it was not even close.Although the last sitting is 10:00 at 10:20 they turned on all the bright lights and started cleaning and asked us to settle the bill without asking if we wanted desert or anything else. The employees were outgoing, talkative and friendly…to each other. Not so much with their customers.Parking: Huge parking lot but only for valet. Next stores to the east have parking by app at $1.50 per hour.
