Found this place with good reviews and it was close to the beach for us to spend our day meandering around. The decor definitely felt like visiting my grandma with lace table cloths and China cabinets. It invoked both a sense of charm and nostalgic comfort. Our waiter was great whom I also believe to be the owner. It started to downpour as we were leaving and he stood with us and made small talk until it let up. The food was also great. I am always skeptical of "vegan sausage" or other vegan meat-like products but the vegan sausage paired great with the toast, avocado and egg. The bathrooms were also clean, my only recommendation would be to get their paper towel machine working.

It started with the door being open a little before 9am on a Tuesday. We walked in and a very rude man approached us, "are you open" I said to which he replied "YOU GOT IN DIDNT YOU" ok buddy just making sure. My hubs ordered waffles which were raw and mushy a cold little plastic bottle of syrup. I asked if I could get lunch and was looked at like I had three heads!! Strike 2, I ordered the chicken sand on rye and a coke. The other server slammed our food down and left in a huff!! Strike 3....then the bill came Strike 4...So, I'm thinking pass this up for a friendly appreciated better food quality than this little dump!!

The food was fine but it is a rip off! My daughter ordered waffles and they charged extra for syrup. A glass of juice was $8. 3 of us was $80 for just ok food. Won't be back.

We had a wonderful brunch with dear friends. The place was well decorated for the holidays. We had a great 2 hour brunch. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was great and the quiet space near the beach was beautiful setting to spend the Sunday. Highly recommend!

Absolutely 5+ Stars. Environment upon walking in instant welcome vibes. Staff interaction respectful and friendly. Food, hands down fresh and cooked right to my liking. Will again return, it's a MUST stop.
