Waiter very overwhelming, and pushy, took our dinner order which he claimed were 2 pieces of cod for 18$. . He kept saying do u want a lunch portion or dinner portion. My friend and I said we want a dinner portion as we were at dinner. He then charged us 10$ each for extra portions. When the food came we questioned the extra 10$ charges. He then scraped the extra piece of fish off our plate. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We will not be back and we have come. Here fo 25 years.

Excellent and, most importantly, fresh food! We ate at "The Village Pump" for almost a week, and everything was delicious. The food was consistently good, from the salads to the sushi and burgers. Definitely five stars, if not six :)

Nice Place with good service. If you can sit outside, do it. Had the Eggs Benedict and they sell you regular ham instead of the promised Canadian bacon. Talked with the server about it and she was surprised herself why they pretend it is can. bacon. The sauce hollandaise that comes with it was excellent though. Overall a good experience. Have a Guinness there if you like it. I will come back and bring my own bacon ?

Whenever we are at our home way from home, we visit The Pump. The food is always good and the service is great. There is New England sports memorabilia on the walls, and the decor is accented by decals of just about every New England police, fire, and rescue department. Alongside the main bar, located in the middle of the building, there is a sushi restaurant on one end and a more formal dining room on the other. The bar is very popular and can get quite loud. But, that only adds to the atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

Eat breakfast here for several years now but on Feb 12th was told that outside tables are now smoking tables. Florida law seems to say otherwise, must be 25 feet from the building to smoke. In any case, won’t be back.
