I love getting an ice cream treat once in a while...this Baskin Robbins also have many other sweets to choose from, like fruit popsicles, which we call "paletas" in Latin America.Their selection of flavors was good and they all looked so tempting. The service was prompt and very friendly. It's great to see that the brand has grown out of just making regular ice cream to include many other items that bring international culture and flavors to the USA.

As I was walking into the store the two young ladies both lift their heads and absolutely said nothing to me CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key when dealing with customers. They didn’t smile nor did they speak once I said you suppose to greet your customers as they walk into place of business and they CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I GIVE THEM A -10 even after I let them know how important it is to greet your customer’s as they walking into your business. To top it off I got a tiny small barley can hold with two fingers a pink infant spoon to eat my ice cream with. Drives off make it to I-95 going south just to be disappointed by the WAFFLE BOWL STALL AS F—-K am sooo mad. Called the store twice no answer……!!!!!

I bought a mini ice cream cake and i specifically asked the rep at the counter for no chocolate as im allergic and when i cut the cake .. its covered in chocolate. I normally always purchase on this location and never have an issue, but since no one picks up the phone, i have to write.

If I could give you zero stars I would. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I try to do the survey but of course that wouldn’t allow me to do it either. I tried three times so here’s my review. Nelly was NOT friendly she needs to be retrained she was not attentive no smile on her face she pretty much looked as if she didn’t want to be there I don’t think I’ll be back to this location only that’s literally two minutes away from my house …because of her. Usually when I go there everybody’s friendly patient and attentive but this time no I Winning I got 2 pints of take home and I also got the ice cream thing that looks like a slice of cheesecake when I asked her what it was, she said it was cheesecake I said no I don’t want it because I can’t eat cheesecake she doesn’t even know the products someone else that works there had to basically explain that it wasn’t cheesecake it was all ice cream and then she didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag she handed me the ice cream in my hand in wrap product. I had to ask her for a bag. My boyfriend also had to ask her for a bag as well. She gave me a dirty spoon. I don’t think I will be back at all. It was just a bad experience all together.

Super clean and Spacious, For the Part of Town it's located in, I forgot where I was, all the other locations Pale in comparison to this one, huge selection and treats to accommodate the non ice cream indulgents

Never open in the morning till 10 am. They keep saying they don't open til 10. Every other in the area is open. Not great.

I was really in the mood for some ice-cream, drove 15 minutes and got there at 10:54pm, closing is at 11 and the cashier refused to assist me, she responded saying they’re closing in 10 minutes and proceeded to ignore me as I practically begged her for service. This was 06/24/23, very poor customer service definitely never going back.

I drives 20 minutes just to get ice 30 minutes before they closed. I have a disability and can’t walk fast. The girl took the other customer order and locked the door on me. All I wanted was just one scoop of ice.

Oh my. They have young ppl who never even graduated high school working here. I made my order. I’m waiting 5 min. White boy ask me a second time for the order. Again, he does some other task. Someone walks in. He takes their order. 10 min later he asks me again for the order. I just walked away.A few months later I walk in with a friend. She makes the order.. n this child does the same thing. You get paid by the hour. Stop being lazy and acting like you Big Boss in the hood. Do your job . I want my ice cream so I can go on with my life
