this is the worst service !!! order at 7pm i called back after 8:30 and the customer representative said they were going to send it right away because they see our order. 1 hour later no order!

The store manager Evan was not helpful, and were unempathethic to my concerns over the phone of their store employee Ricky not delivering to my door. Ricky called me when he was in the condo complex, and I asked him to deliver contactless but I felt something was wrong with his responses after hanging up with. I called a few minutes no answer.I immediately called the store, and spoke with assistant store manager Sapphire whom was hostile, could not care less, no apologies after conveying to me his phone died apparently. She first said he would return with the order as I suspected he still had the order in his posssession, but then she told me to hold. Then suddenly he is at the store. After I asked for her name, and she was showing impatience saying could I just wait 60 minutes and he will redeliver it. I then asked if she asked is she the manager, and then she just handed the phone with no introduction to the Evans whom introduced himself as the general manager. There were no sorries here either, it was like an oh well you got what you got, and he said they have a policy of no contactless orders anymore, buy yet it is an option still on the ordering platform. I then asked Evans for corporate information, and said I could find that online. I will never ever order from that particular store again. I asked him to just refund my money. I hope that this situation can be rectified.

Don’t order from this dominos,trust meThis dominos charged my card and never delivered my pizza….I called and spoke to the manager so that I can get a refund and he said that he couldn’t do it…so then I asked the manager if I can get the pizza and he refused to give me the pizza I paid for…my money was never

Just horrible waited 5 mins just for someone to acknowledge me. Asked for pepper flakes apparently they don’t carry them… uummm a pizza spot that doesn’t carry pepper flakes very interesting I go on the app under extra and they have the option for pepper flakes just say you didn’t want to grab it smh. None of my boxes had label which I definitely saw a sign that if the boxes didn’t have the label/ receipt it was free?

It's seriously the worst store I've ever seen, with the worst attitude among the girls! The pizza was cold even though they had informed me it was just taken out of the oven, and the phone kept ringing but no one ever picked it up. No one is old enough to manage the store and keep everything running well, so we need a new crew. I would give it a score of zero stars. I advise against it!
I visited the one on 3851 W Oakland Park today. The cashier was very rude and they gave me the wrong order. Does this pizza looks like pepperoni?

This is definitely the worst dominos in broward county. You can order 2 hours ahead and go pick up your pizza it still won’t be ready. The employees are always standing around like they’re doing something or sitting there looking confused. I’ve been given the wrong pizza there twice. And a few other times I go there’ and they never even started the pizza or claim they can’t find the order. I think this dominos need a whole new set of employees. Fire the big boy as well
