Worst customer service there is they have a bunch of rude teenagers taking orders.
They are very lazy in the morning, upcharge with out asking, push the sale of coffee, I requested a smoothie because of laziness, she tells me we don’t have any Smoothie place is a major turn off. Since there was no smoothie I asked for a sprite when I get to work all I got was

This location has probably given me the best service for breakfast and lunch. Tatyana is so sweet, she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Once after coming in to pickup an online order I said "Have a great day" and she said "You have a better one!" I was so shocked I'd never gotten that response from anyone in my life. It actually made my day. Beverly at the drive thru is like a machine. She is so accurate, prompt, direct, and organized, it is much appreciated. And one time when they didn't put caramel in my macchiato and I did a survey to let them know, I actually got a call from Cheryl apologizing and empathizing for the mistake. That was a welcome surprise also. This is a great location with thoughtful employees and I'm appreciative of their hard work and friendliness.

Even though they claim they are open 24hours, they are not! Placed an order an app. Went to pick it up, and they told me they are closed and will open sometime after 4:30am! They couldn’t even tell me an exact turn to pick up my order. I tried to ask for help yo cancel mobile app and I was just ignored as if I was a bum from the street! I tried to call get their attention through the window, but all they did was laugh!! Disgusting behavior!!!
