Hands down, the BEST roti shop in Florida. Singh’s catered for my wedding reception and all of my guests loved their food. My family from Trinidad couldn’t believe they were getting Trini food like this in the states lol. Thank you for everything! You guys are the best. Singh's is a great place to come and enjoy authentic Caribbean/Indian food. Their place is warm and inviting with very friendly staff. The restaurant is very clean and decorated with Caribbean decor. The food has great flavor, especially the doubles. I still can't believe that a double that big only costs $2.50. Overall, this is a great place to hang out with friends and eat comfort food.

Was feeling for some Buss up shot roti and curry chicken w/curry pumpkin to celebrate my birthday and could almost taste it but boy oh boy what did I end up with…. Anybody ever had curry chicken soup, almost translucent curry pumpkin that not even the curry powder gave it color and the pierce de resistance was the Paratha roti looked like it played mas and was stale drunk… To say the least, I’ll never ever be eating or buying anything else from Singh’s Delight.They were much better before they got tooo famous and I’m being kind..

We visited this place while on vacation from Toronto where we're pretty blessed with some of the best roti shops. Singh's was right up there with some of the best I've ever had. I had the goat roti, which if your familiar with, is hard to get it right. Singh's definitely got it right. The mix of spices was perfection.

Not only was the food great but they also provided great service. The staff are very friendly with a great family atmosphere.I would recommend them for a visit. Very very tasty with a feel of home cooking.He made us feel very welcomed and tool time to greet us with a very good conversation while we waited for our food. Thank You!
Food good . Nice place . Great service! I wasn’t aware when you tip on a card the server doesn’t get the tips !!! Not cool about the tips for the staff. Lost my business ! Wouldn’t recommend it for the greed for the green !!!

Though I have been wanting to visit Singh's for a while, I didn't make the initial visit until today. This is a new site, and as soon as I walked in, I was struck by how bright, airy, and well-kept the inside looked. Singh's serves a selection of Trinidadian cuisine. There are vegan options available in addition to halal meats! A selection of drinks, sodas, snacks, and desserts are also available. Inside is a tiny bar as well. I had three "Doubles" that were excellent and just the proper amount of spicy. The meal, ambiance, and service were all excellent, albeit the roti was softer than I would have liked!

Awesome & a hidden gem! The food (what I've tried thus far) is deeeeeeliscious & customer service is on point!!! Haven't tried much there yet, but the conch doubles, lamb doubles & bake n herring are FANTABULOUS, a definite must try, even if it's out of your way... if you know, you know!!!

I have been to many spots in Houston and others in Florida and my last stop was here....I don't want to go anywhere else for doubles. THE BEST DOUBLES I've had. If I could eat there everyday I would.
