Walked in and asked for the ackee and saltfish breakfast. The guy got the banana from the back and they were brown and dry. Then the ackee looked old and very watery. I asked about the special on the sign and said no thanks because I’m not paying $14 for old garbage. The rude guy literally cursed me out and called me broke for making him fix the plate. Poor service & poor quality of food.

Ordered Corrnbeef & cabbage and porridge . The food took a very long time most restaurants have this food already cooked and ready to go .. hello poeple it's breakfast time . The porridge was way too watery and they must have poured a whole bottle of vanilla extract cause that's what it tastes like . Straight chemical .

Supposed to be a Jamaican in Restaurant, but doesn't serve ackee and salt, fish porridge, tea, and a lot of other things Jamaicans eat. If it was in the white neighborhood, I think it will serve better food, but since it's in the hood, they think we don't want real Jamaican food.

Second trip for Jamaican food was even better than the first. Several prepared options to choose from ox tails over rice and peas were great, today I went with stewed chicken. Delicious sauce, huge serving for a v good price. Fast and friendly service, will be back for more!

Never too crowded, and great customer service. Most important the food taste good and they carry all the variety of Jamaican food including porridge.

I went there today and had two beef Pattie’s and cocoa bread…let’s just say the cocoa bread had frostbite and the Pattie’s were not good. So disappointing as I was in town visiting someone at the hospital ?

Found a rubber band in my soup and was told it is food grade rubber band used to hold the herbs ..... I've worked for NRFSP.... I was feeling a little under the weather that day and I just wasn't in the mood to go back and forth so I just asked for a refund at first she wanted me to find the rubber band that I had already spit back into the soup.I should have walked out from the first sign of impoliteness when I asked what soup was available for the day she said chicken soup I asked her if it had chicken foot in it and her response was if it was chickenf foot soup I would have said it was chicken foot soup.....I'm also from the island and I've gone several different places and some restaurants add chicken foot to their soup it was a simple question I feels as if I should have got a simple no if she wanted to elaborate she could have said no this soup does not contain Chicken foot
