They Never answer the phone to place your order, when you order online they charge you 1$ ( that’s crazy) and your food don’t be ready when you get their, no one at the front to greet you and staff will see you come in and don’t say anything or try and help you this is the worst Lauderhill location.

Will NEVER come to this Crafty Crab again. I have been ordering here since this franchisee opened. Tonight I order online, it says about 20 minutes. I show up 40 minutes later. Apparently there is a new policy to only make the orders when you show up to pay... understandable. But there was no note or anything on the website. I asked to speak to the manager. Keep in mind; the place is half empty. Manager wouldn't come out to speak to me. Never come to this location. Employees were classless and the manager was spineless.

Food was great, but there was hardly anyone at the restaurant and we still sat almost a half hour before someone came to take our order. Waiter came to drop off food and never returned until I flagged him down to get the bill. Absolutely horrendous service.

Just left restaurant. Sat 15 minutes and was not served even though there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant. . Manager was on the phone and girl at the bar never took my order, she just kept setting up the bar. I will never visit this store again. Only received menu after I ask for it. Never came back to me for my order. Poor service! Do not go to this restaurant as they do not know how to treat paying customers!

I was hungry the wife “could eat” and after some deciding we ended up choosing crafty crab as she has never been.We had an awesome server Zach who gave great suggestions and made amazing drinks!We started with some hush puppies and our 1st drinks (2 for 1 special). Had some great conversation, put on our bib and gloves and waited our feast.I ordered the crab boil with Cajun and garlic butter seasoning and the fire level of spicy. The wife had lobster and shrimp, with the boom ( all seasoning mixed together) or food really got the spot.We both agreed that it was an excellent decision!I did wish I had a bit more sauce and it was easily remedied by asking the waiter and paying a small up charge. :)It was a lot of food and I do have some left overs!Some other notes. We came In around 5pm ish and it was not to busy, seated and attended to right away. With the main entrees coming out in a reasonable time. Great decorations and I enjoyed the music playing. Next time, we have the feeling for crab boil I know where to go!
