Disappointed Experience at Dunkin' This morning, I swung by Dunkin' with high hopes for a delicious breakfast. I ordered their sweet black pepper croissant sandwich and a medium Caramel Craze with almond milk. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Upon receiving my drink, I noticed it lacked the whipped cream I had expected. When I inquired about it, the employee's dismissive response left much to be desired. Nevertheless, I continued to the sandwich, only to find it hastily thrown together. The bacon was crumbled and burnt, the croissant overcooked, and the cheese barely melted. This experience was a far cry from the quality and service I've come to expect from other Dunkin' locations. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention to detail. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this particular establishment. The ambiance was fine as I went through the drive-through, but it's worth noting that an employee's nonchalant attitude can significantly impact the overall experience. Despite the external environment appearing satisfactory, the lack of care and responsiveness from the staff can quickly sour the mood. In this case, the indifference displayed by the employee in handling my inquiries and the subpar quality of the food tarnished what could have been an enjoyable visit. It serves as a reminder that customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the perception of any establishment, regardless of its physical ambiance.

I mean nobody really wants to work . But we have to. Don't take your life frustrations out on people . Horrible, feeling . Being rushed told to wait before window , but didn't hear him . Extremity aggressive if i didn't have patience and home training , i wouldve done or said something awful.

I only get coolatta here. It's near my home so I stop daily. Place is nothing out of this world it doesn't stand out from the rest. But they always do get my order right and have everything needed. Unlike other dds they are always running out of stuff.

The tables are dirty. Clearly visibly filthy. And no one makes any effort to tend to the matter even after being courteously informed, which came after another set of customers and I were trying our best to sit and enjoy our purchases.. manager is under some dilusional impression that because I'm meeting be known that ugh. I ordered caramel coffee light and sweet. Not regular. And rather then trying to rectify the matter she's focusing her efforts on trying to make it that I clearly didn't order right . The bathroom is disgusting. And I'm really contemplating calling code enforcement and have the health inspector come evaluate this place

I placed an online order for an Iced drink with a flavored foam cream topping as an add on. The flavor I choose is no longer available, which was fine, but I wasn't aware when I arrived at the drive-thru. The man at the window just handed the drink to me and said nothing of it. I had almost forgotten, it's not until I mentioned it he then proceeded to tell me it's unavailable. It seemed to me he didn't care, so inquired about substitute options, he started giving me attitude because I wanted to know if the "regular" one he spoke of was the sweet cream. He couldn't tell me he just kept saying it's the regular, regular what?? I'm sorry you work here don't you? I'm just asking a simple question. Attitude not necessary especially if I'm polite about it. Turns out the "regular" is the sweet cream. (Tasted it after the fact -- they still don't know what it is, smh.) My main issue was that it wasn't initially addressed though it's an up charge for the add-on and when I inquired about it there was unnecessary hostility, for what? if I drove away it'd be more problematic for me as a consumer to have to go back because the employee couldn't be considerate enough to tell me the product I ordered is no longer available. Were you not going to even offer a refund? I don't recommend, especially if you're just trying to get your caffeine buzz going in the morning and want a simple and accurate order.

It's been weeks and the staff keep telling me that the bathroom key is missing but there's two bathrooms. Plus I seen somebody go in the bathroom but I guess he was cool with the team. I payed for my food and i want to use the bathroom. Just because you don't wanna clean and do your job doesn't mean you van punish the customer.

They're partially lying about their opening hours. I type ld in dining hours and the site said 4:30am, I get there and I find out they really open at 6am. They need to update their dining hours from to their drive-thru hours.

Just visited this place a few minutes ago and was stunned by therudeness of the person taking the drive thru order. She basically asked me if I was deaf, hissed her teeth and hung up. Before that she was shouting and hurling insults because I asked her to repeat what she said. I am shocked at the level of rudeness exhibited and the comfort in which she delivered it. They will never get my coffee money again!
