Came here to order bagels they said they did not have any bagels!! It's 5:30 in the morning. How in the hell do you NOT have bagels!?!?!?! The person at the window must have been sleeping because I waited at the drive-thru order for 10 minutes, and still nothing, I had to drive up to the window and blow my horn. Then she had a freaking attitude! Ma'am if you do not like what you are doing, get another job! Whatever you do, do it in excellence. You never know who you are watching, and you just ruined an opportunity to have better. I then asked for donuts, and she just gave me a blank stare...smh!

If I could, I would give it negative 5 stars. My drinks tastes like trash. The coolata had NO flavor, just tasted like sweetened water. My latte taste like pure milk, they didn't put any sweeteners that I asked for. My energy drink is filled with pure coolata concentrate it's disgusting. All our food was wrong, we asked for a bacon egg and cheese with no egg and we the workers to make sure there was no egg, we still got the sandwich with the egg and I'm highly allergic. Don't waste your money on this terrible Dunkin.

The coffee at this Dunkin' is always trash! It's a convenient location right on commercial near all shopping center so it's easier to stop by, but I always regret when I spend my money. The cold brew here always taste very milky and water down. I'm not sure what they are doing differently from other location, the color is always very light. It's always a different staff members here so it's not consistent. The service is overall the same as all Dunkin'. I do not recommend
