My elderly mother and I have been eating lunch at this Ruby Tuesday a minimum of once a week for over two years. We’ve never had a bad meal here. Once in awhile, the ribs are a little bit too dry, but usually they are fabulous and very tender! Today I had a Smokehouse burger that was out of this world! It was huge, juicy and cooked just right! I also enjoy the Hickory Bourbon Salmon. It is so yummy! The salad bar is fresh and has plenty of choices. With your meal, there is a large choice of side dishes, including several kinds of potatoes, and there is soup for a small upcharge as a side dish. My mother and I both absolutely love the Chicken Corn Chowder soup! We get that often.Drinks and desserts are also great here. The cheesecake is delicious, the best we’ve tasted!We also recommend the chocolate tall cake, the giant chocolate chip cookie, and the apple crumble cake.Service is always very friendly. The servers treat my mother very well, even though she can be a bit difficult (she has some dementia and forgets her manners at times). I’d like to give a special shout-out to our favorite servers:Laura, Maria, Derrell, Ashleen, Patrick, Marva, and of course Kelly and Johanna, the manager!The staff is observing all COVID protocols, and we feel very safe having our meals there.We will see you again soon!- Linda and Jean

Food was pretty good but service had a lot to be desired. Waited almost ten minutes before server came, took my drink order but left me no menu. It was another five minutes for a menu and another five before taking my order. Food could be great but bad service gives me a no vote for returning and no recommending.

The service was excellent. Laura is very courteous and friendly. She is always checking on us to make sure if we needed anything. Great job??
The food was very underwhelming. I got the hickory-smoked burger with bacon. The burger was small and had little taste. I asked for fries instead of onion rings and the order came out with onion rings. The server was pleasant but overworked. I had to wait 15 minutes for extra napkins and just as long for drinks. Had 2 servers trying to cover all the tables. I wouldn't go back, especially for the price.

I’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday for over 30 years and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Despite the limited Covid menu, the food and service were excellent. Patrick is an excellent waiter, his timing is flawless.
