Normally the food an service is good but on this trip very poor. Drive through Order fry chicken got a hip and bone of the leg ,old steam veggie brown in color 1 spoon rice . When I got home and realized what I got I was mad.

The food is always good at this location. You guys have become my favorite Dutch Pot here in South Florida.Dietary restrictions: Veggie options fe Patties and just eating. Fish options fe those who don't wan red meat and tings.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp fe wheelchair

The Food prices are good and flavor, it’s 50/50 because sometimes you get fresh fried chicken or sometimes you get chewy chicken dry/old-batch.But good friendly atmosphere

Customer service is bad. no one greet you pleasant with a smile when you enter the store. Especially when you get to the front of the cash register to order they look at you with an unpleasant face with all the wrong approaches attitude on there face. Like your there and it's burden them to provide the best customer service possible. These front staff need to be trained properly. I will not return to this store and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone if I could give it rating less than one star I would.

I called 30 minutes before closing to ask if they had a certain meal. 9:54pm to be exact. Because I didn’t want to drive over there if the item was gone. And Instead of answering a very simple yes or no, I was purposely left on hold for 25 minutes. I say purposely, because the gentleman at the window didn’t deny it when I brought it up. Also because I could hear every time the hold button was pressed again. I stayed on the line as I drove over JUST to see how long they would keep me on hold hoping I would hang up.I understand that this location is busy, but that was not okay. As customers we are willing to wait got the good food. But the LEAST he could behave done was answer a SIMPLE yes or no question.

I have always bought food from the Broward location and loved it while living in the area. Today I visited the commercial location anticipating the same delicious taste as I always got with fried chicken, rice and peas and salad. When I got home in PSL just an hour or so away to taste the food I was totally disappointed. Chicken was fried too dry the rice and salad tasted Sour and smelt horrible.. anyhow it was an easy turn around and get my money back I would.. if I could give a zero star for this location I would. Not even the employee at the window was appealing

The drive through line was long so I decided to go inside I was next to be served I asked a gentleman and he told me to wait a second I was waiting patiently people came behind me and then the woman server decided to serve the person behind me I told the manager her name is Shayn , and I'll let her know that I will be complaining. I spend too much money at Dutch pot to be treated this way. And I let her know that I will not be coming back here anymore.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes to pick up my order I placed online for them to tell me they don’t have it. Then I was told to come inside and and wait yet another 20 minutes for them to randomly have my name on the receipt. The food was dry and the rice was over saturated. A friend recommended this place to me but now I think it was to piss me off.

We ate inside instead of just driving through. The table and floor were not cleaned well. Most people don't eat inside but it should be clean just in case patrons choose to eat at the restaurant.
