Ordered on Grubhub. My order was missing an item and the one I received wasn't cutomized. My son is allergic to ?....that's why I asked for none. Now he's hungry watching me eat! Probably will never order here again.

So me and my friend went through the drive-through, and when we got to the window, we simply asked a question on why one of the mails were so much and he was like well you ordered a large didn’t you? That’s why it’s that price . Once he gave us our drains we were like pitch flat. Can we get a sweet tea and he looked at us and was like oh so now you guys want a sweet tea you change your mind and we were like it flat and he looked at us mad like . When I asked him if he was the manager, he said yes. So I asked him how did that happen? Because to me, he is really rude and ignorant . I don’t suggest going if you see that guy working

Didn't like the way the ? taste. Didn't even taste like beef.. Apple pie was good. Plus my husband didn't finish his sandwich. He didn't agree with the taste

Food was mainly good, came here a while ago and ordered burgers and fries and they came out very good; the fries were ready and crispy, and the burgers looks good.

I made the mistake of getting food here. I got 2 fish sandwiches that were so overcooked they were as hard as a ping pong paddle. I didn't even get the fries I ordered. The restaurant doesn't answer their phone. Definitely the worst "fast food" in Leesburg, FL!

Came thru ... Have my receipt... Asked for a vanilla cone and cass told me ice cream machine was down. She did make the vanilla shake but halfway thru making the shake ran out of shake mix and used the ice cream machine to finish filling the shake.... Confused I asked her did you not just tell me the ice cream machine was down she proceeded to roll her eyes and slam the window in my face. She then opened the window and I asked her name not noticing it on the receipt at the time.... She told me it's against policy to give out her name and slammed the window in my face again .... Third time she opened the window and handed me a bag of cold food and slammed the window again in my face. I placed the food on the holding wrack and knocked on the window to ask for a refund so she proceeded to lock all the doors. I just wanted to be refunded and to be on my way but had to call Leesburg police department for them to finally come open the window and refund me. I will never go back worst checkers ever .
