We ordered at the drive thruWe ordered an order of the new garlic Parmesan chicken strips and one barbecue strip basket4 piece each with fries, a small blizzard and a medium chocolate cone - to go! When we got home we found 2 barbecue chicken strips, no garlic Parmesan for a total of $27! Paid with my Amex but the workers at the window has no idea what sauce we wanted, had to ask again as they were not attentive and never received a receipt. Tried calling, multiple times to no answer! So disappointed!

Inside and outside eating area always clean. Clean bathrooms as well. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food, my fries are always hot and crispy which is something I look forward to. The manager is really laid back and understanding and the team reflects his leadership. All around pleasant place to relax and have a meal.

I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae for my mother-in-law in the drive-thru. She gives it to me and it looks like a small swirl of ice cream about 1 inch thick in the middle of the cup. I laugh and say don't you think that's a little ridiculous. The manager hears me and comes to the window. He says," a medium is 7 oz, do you want me to read it to you?" I had him repeat what he said because I couldn't believe he said that to me.

Dairy Queen is an amazing restaurant. Always clean, friendly, fresh. Employees are always busy, even when it's slow. I never see team members on their phones or hear them gossip or use fowl language. It's just an all-around great atmosphere.
