I literally never DoorDash, but I’m in a position where I had to. So I ordered breakfast and my sandwich was a Frisco melt add bacon. When the food arrived, I noticed the sandwich didn’t have any egg, but it had the bacon that I added. So I called the store and talk to Sam and she arranged for Tito to bring me a replacement sandwich to my house. It’s truly amazing how above and beyond they went. I never expected anything like this. Maybe a replacement sandwich sometime in the future. But they deserve tons of credit and I thank them so much. The food was hot and fresh also and my coffee was filled to the top. I like it that way, because I drink it black.

I'm only giving this one star bcuz they are the most ratchet people that work there. No customer service skills whatsoever food comes out sloppy so slow no matter if they are slow or busy. I've given them a couple of chances but after this morning that's it. They are so rude

What the hell happened to my Hardee's?I've eaten here many times, but not in a while.We both ordered the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meals. The biscuits were flat and the eggs were hard fried to the point they were so lacy I couldn't chew the outer area of the egg.Never had a meal here this bad. Oh yeah, the hash rounds were greasy. Had to soak the grease up on a napkin.Probably won't go back.
Although Prices are a Bit above Average..The Quality & Service exceeded My Expectstions..& Hardee's Gave Me A Chance To Rebuild My Employment History Where Other Fast Food Chains declined..& I'm Truly Greatful ForThe Mgr."Tito" who Takes His Job Seriously & Treats His Employees w//Compassion..!! Thank You, Sincerely.!

We came in and waited 20 minutes standing just to order two sauces biscuits when the server was just doing drive-through one after the other after the other, and we just stand there and she’s looking at us not taking our order. Are you kidding? We’ve been here 20 minutes and our biscuit was cold and hard, but it’s not worth even trying to take it back because I would never be waited on.Parking: Terrible
