So my mom and I went to the KFC tonight TO ORDER AND BUY THE 20 FILL UP BOX and the rude disgusting drive up lady we didn’t say it right. We are clearly looking at the drive-through menu that says $20 FILL UP BOX FOR THE FAMILY MEAL. She kept saying that me and my mom were wrong and that we are both reading it wrong. The old lady with the glasses denied our service. She cut my mom off every time we were trying to order. We never experience such a rude, disrespectful and disgusting customer service from this drive thur old lady with glasses specially from KFC. Also the manger never came out to ask what happen or how he/she can resolve the situation. This was the most DISGUSTING, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY BEEN HERE. I WANT A APOLOGY FROM THAT LADY.

Showed up a hour before closes to pick up a grubhub showed up manager says we don't got that I ask if she can match my order since I walked there she tells me no she can't do nothing for me I have a recipe and the account to show I paid and it got taken out I paid for food and was not giving anything or a refund I was robbed by the manager because she is lazy and didn't wanna dirty a dish to make my order I would like to get my food and see her lose her job

They are very friendly. I had to wait for my food but it was fresh . They forgot my chocolate cake, and I didn't notice till almost closing. I guess I didn't need it anyway. I do wish they had wings at this location.

I usually order extra crispy and it was great but for the last month it was a crispy oil saturated mess. I did get a decent extra crispy one day ago but it went back to the oil slick after that. If you want extra crispy chicken better get it early because they run out frequently. The green beans are loaded with salt, coleslaw is decent, Mac and cheese is pretty good.
