I would leave zero stars if I could. For months I bring my daughter for happy meal to this location and today when I made her usual order they told me I needed to have a smaller bill to purchase her food. When I spoke to both managers about it they were very rude and unpleasant. The GM Nicolle was very disgruntled and offensive about it. They have lost our buisness for good. We will never come to this location again. I have reached out to corporate about the customer service at this location and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

i go there every day at 2:20-2:30 am because of how early i come into work, every day they’re open and i get my coffee. this morning the worker that was in the store came onto the speaker and told me and the other car in the drive through that they are not open until 4am for breakfast. if they changed their open times at least post it on the website and app and don’t have the store look open and workers there when it’s not open.

Literally, every time I go to this location they always mess up my order or the food is just absolutely horrible. You can tell it’s been sitting in their heat warmers way longer than it should be, and they don’t want their food cost to go bad so they keep using it. I used to work there so I can tell just buy, the taste of it how long it’s been sitting in the heat warmer and to get fresh hot food from here would be a miracle because it’s never happened for me and today. I figured I’ll get my son his little happy meal and I’ll get an apple pie how can you mess that up right , Yep still managed to mess it up didn’t get my apple pie. They give me these cold as Ice french fries. Thanks again McDonald’s for wasting my time and taking my money

Where do I start? With the pudgy black gay guy that stands there and talks to his friends while giving out free drinks rather than working? Or when I have to come into the store and wait for a simple remake because they handed me the wrong order but I’m standing here for another 30 minutes waiting? Where’s the initiation to fix anything? They don’t even look at you and have the most disgusting attitudes I’ve ever seen. That “manager” needs to go he doesn’t know left from right. He completely ignores customers and is too busy thinking he’s pretty. Good lord the most SIMPLE job y’all can’t even do. Another guy came in for an 80 nugget remake because they handed it to the wrong car. The guy said he wants a remake he doesn’t want food that was in somebody else’s car. He was RIGHT and they are NOT allowed to give out food somebody else touched. Their fault not his. THEN THEY TO TAKING FOOD OUT OF THE BAGS THEY HANDED OUT AND BAGGED OTHER PEOPLES FOOD WITH IT.

Went thru drive thru today to get a diet coke. Honestly took way too long but could've been some big orders ahead of us.
I got a 35 dollars order and the employee pulled me up to the 3rd window .. I have been waiting for just sweet and sour sauce than I had to send back our fresh cause they were cold af.. so this is ridiculous.. this store is out of control and when I ask for fresh fries they take the frys they gave me and Redrop them in the fryer than there overcooked and over salted . Just now he offered me a free fry for my wait . I just want fresh edible food .

My wife and I eat at McDonalds generally when we travel when we stopped at this McDonalds last Tuesday we had to go in because they forgot a Burrito , then today we ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit,a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and 2 burrito’s with mild sauce. What we ended up with at home was a sausage egg biscuit.a sausage muffin and 2 burrito’s with hot sauce needless to say we will not be back to this McDonalds again.

We were traveling and stayed at the Holliday Inn Express across the street. Stopped here for breakfast and placed our order inside.The manager kept saying, "They were working on our order." 35 minutes later, I asked for our money back because we still hadn't gotten our food.The manager stated that she believes the other lady gave our order to someone in the drive-through.What a waste of time.
