I'm delightfully suprised. From the moment we walked in the door we experienced 5 star service. The food was great and the beautiful taste and perfect texture of the canoli made my heart skip a beat ? The waitress was very knowledgeable and very good at her job. We will be back!

Here we go again......This USED to be one of our favorite Italian places & we went quite often. It has changed hands evidently & not sure how it's going to be based on today's visit.We ordered a large pizza and meatball appetizer. The meatballs had hardly any flavor & was mushy.The pizza (ground beef & mushrooms) had hardly any sauce on it and the meat had no flavor. The crust was good and the pizza was much better when I tried it with some sauce from the meatballs. At least it has some flavor that way.We arrived at 11:10 am and the doors were still locked. They were supposed to open at 11:00.Our server acted like she was not happy to be there or waiting us. No smile - nothing.I doubt we'll go back

Delivery driver here checking in. Can't speak to the quality of food as it wasn't for me but waited 45 minutes for a take out order that they never did get out of the kitchen and the restaurant was empty on a Friday night. I'll never go back for myself or pickup orders.

Ordered pizza over phone. When we arrived 20 minutes later pizza was forgotten to be made. Waited 50 minutes. When got home no bacon on pizza. Garlic knots had no butter or garlic just hard bread. Called and spoke to manager she said pizza was correct she made it herself. Will never go back again.

We have been many times. Under new management. Service needs improvement. No smiles, not really friendly. We have had better service I the past. Hope it improves as we enjoy the food.
Updated February 2024.Decided to go to Naples Restaurant today for lunch. Very pleased with our service and food. Decided that the lunch special would hit the spot. Pizza, Sal and a soft drink. Our server was personable and took care of us. Will definitely return.We arrived on a Wednesday at 5:30. Were greeted at the door and seated immediately, this was our first visit and certainly won’t be the last. Everything was great. The service, atmosphere and food were all impeccable. We ordered the seafood lasagna and the combo plate. Both come with a side salad and bread. We were stuffed, but had to take 2 cannolis with us for later. It’s off the beaten path near Ollies in Leesburg. We were not disappointed.

I Ordered through Uber Eats the baked spaghetti, the menu description said marinara sauce. There was no mention of meat at all so I ordered it. It was delivered. When I opened the container I saw chunks of meat. I immediately contacted Uber Eats for refund However, Naples refused to do so, even though on the menu, it did not mention meat in the sauce. I am a vegetarian I would’ve never ordered anything with meat in it. Very disappointed in this establishment I still have not received a refund yet I will Never ever order from here again, and I may even delete Uber app.

Today’s experience : ordered a coke to start off and it was flat , food took 45 minutes to arrive to table one dish was cool in the middle the other dish was missing ingredients when waitresses was made aware I was served a cold cup of my missing ingredients, then the new management appeared and in my opinion did a poor job with the apology conversation also on a side note the conversations held in the open kitchen should have been quieted as the entire dining room can hear the foul language in there. Our waitress was nice but definitely not the proper fit for the type of establishment. Return the atmosphere to its former glory and be mindful of the customer experience my likeliness to return to this establishment is slim .

Server Jessica was new,but she must be a quick learner. Excellent. They have a really good eggplant appetizer. Compliments to the cook, Natalie. I eat here at least twice per week.Parking: Not an issue at all.
