The manager Casey was extremely helpful and made changes due to what was probably my operator error. She even called and left a message on my phone letting me know the pizzas were on their way. I really was so grateful as it had been a morning, and she really came to my rescue!!

I give them 3-4 stars for their original crust pizzas which are just average BUT their XL NY style pizza is really excellent! The crust is every bit as authenticity great as I’ve ever found. These NY’s are as crave-worthy as many much more expensive artisan cafes offer.AND for service I have to give 5+ stars because they’re often just slammed and still they show they value your patronage. For example, Angela was kind, respectful and professional when I had to call in an order mistake today. Nowadays, that goes a long way!

The manager at this Leesburg location verbally assaulted me today calling me a “STUPID Nigg** followed me out of the store screaming all because they gave the wrong delivery location for DoorDash. I and seeking legal action. Do not give the store your service.

This place didn't have any of the workers wearing hair nets gloves or face cover at all when I got a text that my oder was done be pick up my son went in and I seen he was sitting and waiting on our pizza for 20 mins and when I look up to check on my son a worker reach in a pizza box where they put the delivery pizza boxes on a shelf she reach in got her a slice of a pizza and started to eat it my son saw her .just nasty in there ..

Ordered online! Recieved texted message about the tracking status of my ordered. I sat outside until I received the text stating my order was ready once I received that text message. I went inside and it was exactly as my phone stated. I love how they keep you informed on the status of your food store was clean employees were friendly and helpful will eat there again.
