I ordered small pizza two toppings and 6 piece wings cost me 25.98 and I was like thats why I don't eat out and that was take out what kind of bull is that at least put the price on the menu like you have some common sense or they think you don't

I will never come back here. Ordered ahead at the actual store at 5:50pm. I'm still here and it is 6:52pm. They told us 25 minutes two times and when we came back for the THIRD time the employees ESPECIALLY the manly woman in the back. She was hostile, rude, inconsiderate and nasty. My mom asked them for a soda since we've been here over an hour and still here the lady shouted "I'll give you an apology" and didn't give one and proceeded to say that she can pull it out early stating to give us raw food! How rude!!! We're still here and it's currently 6:58pm and guess what??? WE'RE STILL HERE!! LANA came with great customer service and is trying to fix the issues. But the employee in the back making the food is disgusting and gives the company a bad name. My relationship with papa John's is over. Especially when she threw pot's and pans around making others nervous.

Not a great experience. Ordered a pizza online and later received a call stating I was outside the delivery area. Not sure how that is possible when I put in my address prior to ordering and I have had pizza delivered here for years by Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Welp I guess we have to stick with Pizza Hut!

Very disappointed… This is not the first time my order has had mistakes, but this time I received a luke warm pizza with garlic sauce spilt underneath when it arrived, and was missing extra pepperonicini peppers I ordered as well. Will not be ordering from store #4052 again. My order was also 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time. If you are going to be late, please make sure the order is correct.

Warning about take out and manager. I ordered a pizza ( we live .5 miles from store). They said 24 to 34 min. Delivery . I called after 45 min. Got attitude from staff and manager. Then they refused my service. Stating I disrespected them what about me, I'm the paying customer?
