Ordered green pepper and pepperoni pizza but it came with just pepperoni. I wrote feedback and was told by corporate I would get an email or a call within 3 days from location. Didn't receive any call or email from the location. If location can't remember to put green peppers on a pizza I guess I can't expect them to own up to their mistake either. They charge a premium for toppings so I feel I was ripped off but hey I won't be returning to this place. If corporate sees this I hope you look at who is running this place...

IT'S BEEN YEARS SINCE I HAVE BEEN TO THIS PUZZA HUT! IT USED IT BE LIKE A REGULAR RESTAURANT! SERVER'S! THEY EVEN HAD A SALAD BAR! NOW, YOU WALK IN, NOT ONE CUSTOMER!! I FOUND THAT ODD! WASN'T THE END OF THE "ODD!" WE HAD TO GIVE OUR ORDER, THEN WE WERE HANDED OUR BOTTLE IF SODA, AND A BOTTLE OF AQUFINA WATER?! FOUND A BOOTHE. THEN WAS SERVED OUR PIZZA, WE ATE ON OUR PAPER PLATES! NEVER HAD ANYONE EVEN COME ASK HOW IT WAS, OR IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING!!! WOW HAS SERVICE GONE WAY DOWN IN THAT PLACE! IT'S LIKE THIER ONLY CONCERN WAS FOR TAKE OUT!! ALL THE TABLES AND CHAIRS WERE LINED UP ACROSS THE BACK OF THE PLACE! WASN'T REAL CLEAN EITHER!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!! UNLESS IT'S TAKE OUT!! WOW HAS IT CHANGED!!! The place feels dark and rundown. Right in the middle of lunch hour there was absolutely no one there but us. The pizza we had was ok but not like we remember Pizza Hut's being. We definitely won't go back there.

We ordered the Original Supreme and it brought back memories from when Pizza Hut was the "It Place". The ingrediants tasted fresh and the crust was very good, it did need a little longer in the oven.The App was inaccurate for the "Ready time", it told me 55 min, but the email confirm was 15 min. Cashier was friendly and the pizza was ready when I arrived in 15 min.Atmosphere: Needs more lighting inside.We'll be back.

I called in for a delivery last night and after all the questions and getting my address and hotel room number with terrible customer service I might add I was told there was an hr wait well I have a you g family that was starving and ready to eat so I said that’s fine.. I knew they weren’t gonna deliver for some reason I just knew but decided to wait cause maybe I was wrong well after two hrs pizza never showed up.. this is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten from a Pizza Hut don’t waste your time are your families time waitin for a delivery to never show up.. you could tell that they don’t even wanna work much less take an order

This, Pizza Hut location has done a complete 180 in service and customer satisfaction. They are friendly, customer oriented, and ready to get your food out of the kitchen. It brings back memories of Pizza Hut being my favorite. Pizza and I enjoy ordering from them through the app.
