Late ? night. Very quiet. Food was good. Only complaint was the online order kiosk in the store went down when we submitted our order; so we had to place the order again (for 4 people). That was kind of a pain. Otherwise everything was good.
The Food us Good for fast food . A decent burger at a decent price . But to see a Elderly man or woman , Couple struggle over a a computer screen and no one coming to help them is a bit much . Ruins the meal. We're all aging and the kids behind the counter smirking & rolling their eyes is heart breaking . Someday , it's not promised , they'll maybe get to be OLD TO.It's so cold in the Palace it's hard to enjoy the Milkshake . Say something about the Temperature & the Staff working...read full review

Haven't eaten inside in a Disappointed with new process of ordering via kiosk. Self serve drink process was confusing. Had to scan bar code & fill cup B4 time out, but that wasn't clearly explained. Employee was available to help. But still.... No more mushrooms for burgers - another disappointment. Inside was way too cold. Not at all comfortable to sit and eat. Quite honestly, probably won't go back again.
