We were there about 2 weeks ago while on vacation. We were tired and wanted something fast and reliable. They were out of almost everything, and the service was very slow. I got the last 2 footlong bread they had. They were turning people away. The server messed up our order. Probably the worst subway I have ever been too.

Have tried this location 3 times and each time they have been out of numerous basic items: napkins, veggies, meatballs, chips!!! All the basic items that the entire concept of this sandwich place is based on. How hard can it possibly be to manage inventory of a Subway!

kenneth deserves a raise!! kenneth was able to make me a sandwich with extremely fast fingers and the service provided was just incredible. i sat down to eat in the restaurant and kenneth constantly checked up on me and provided me with refreshments. the vibe of the restaurant was dark and mysterious almost like the game of clue! This store is absolutely ridiculous and needs to get right. I ordered 5 subs online. One of my subs said no jalapenos and add guac. did not receive. Last time I came here with my boyfriend, the two chicks were high taking our order. This location needs to get right. Read THE TICKETS!

Husband and I went in a few weeks ago. Staff was very friendly, sandwiches were perfect, and the inside and dining area was very clean, neat, and orderly.

I don't post reviews often but the service and rude behavior of the manager at this location is something I've rarely experienced before. And it wasn't the first time I've had this experienced at this location. First of all they were out of the roll I wanted and had only 2 different rolls available. When I wanted more of one ingredient on my sandwich instead of giving me a little more the manager refused me service and had the sandwich thrown in the garbage. Just doesn't make sense. It's easy to understand why this Subway location gets so many one star reviews.

Poor Attitude! We ordered two subs online including a steak sub without green peppers. We arrived while it was being made and saw she was putting green peppers on it. When we said “no peppers” she said that it was how they come and with an attitude. We told her that we didn’t want the peppers. Another lady came out and pointed out to her that the order was for no peppers. She then let us know she was angry when she gave us our order with more “attitude”. This person should not be dealing with the public!

I honestly do not think I’ve ever given a 1 star to a restaurant.. I ordered 2 subs online tonight for dinner after calling the store 5 times with no answer. My subs were paid for and pick up time was 6:20. We arrived at 6:17 and there was only 1 lady working, whom was new at that.. After 5 minutes my hubby said are my sandwiches ready and she said no. 5 more minutes as it’s 6:33 are my sandwiches ready. No I’m making them next.. She’s also making another persons sandwich that came in way after us. Finally at 6:40 my hubby was handed a bag and he left. We get home very hungry and we had the other man’s order. A tuna with vinegar and salt n pepper. So I shared mine with my husband.. Very upsetting to say the least. Waited 20 minutes for an online order. What a joke. We will NEVER return to that subway..
