We ordered a cheesesteak and a meatball sub and picked them up. We received a cheese steak with a half of jar of mayonnaise on it and a vegetarian sub. I took them back and got replacements and got home and they did not put any cheese on it and it tasted terrible. The girl was mad and did not apologize.. Last time for us and never going back again!!!

I went in to find a young lady by herself at lunch time. She had several online orders ahead of me and took me in between these orders she was making. She did a great job but I could tell she was upset which was understandable. There were several customers walking out because she couldn’t take their order right away. Shame on Subway management for letting this happen and Subway corporate. This Subway is only bad because of the franchise owners not the employees. Post about that not the people that actually want to work when you get upset and walk out screaming at them.

We just order two steak and cheese footlongs (see photos). There is hardly ANY meat on these sandwiches. It looks like the amount for a 6inch sub was split across two footlongs. One of the most unappetizing meals I’ve ever

Absolutely trash. Nastiest experience/attitude I've ever seen from this subway. I usually love this location cause the sandwich makers always do a great job and are friendly but this girl was disgusting. She sloppily threw everything on, a quarter of my sandwich has nothing on it. I asked for one extra roll of roast beef after she only put one roll on my foot long club yet got charged $3.20 for double meat. Also wanted avocado and she used the scooper to spread it while also taking most of it off. I got charged $1.70 for 2 scoops of Avocado but barely walked away with 1 scoop on the actual sandwich. Even used a nasty knife to cut my sub. I'm absolutely disgusted with the entire experience.

Worst service. I was the only customer and the put me last behind orders on line. Will never go to this place ever again and the girls weren’t even listing to me. Don’t go EVER

Purchased a wrap and tuna 6"...Used 2 three scopes of tuna on the sandwich, only received 2...Purchased oven roasted chicken wrap...Was not asked if I wanted sauce or not...Do not get sauce...Sauce was applied 2 wrap ?

Went to this store for a quick sandwich for dinner. Not sure why, as we know this location is never quick. They advertised fresh sliced meats as in the tv commercials. Machine was on the counter next to the toaster but was never used during our visit. Had 2 employees which in itself was surprising as there has never been more than one employee ever on duty for dinner rush. They had 2 customers in the store when we arrived. After they left we were never greeted and the staff started making call in orders. 15 minutes later one employee went out front and made himself a drink and the other asked us for our order.First my wife asked for meatballs and was told they were out. The breads were stale and the toppings were aged if they were there. Cheeses stuck together and curled. No green peppers , pickles were pale. The “sandwich artist “ was far from and did not know how to use a knife or properly wrap the sandwich.Will be awhile before I consider giving this location another chance

Ordered on-line and the confirmation was not what I ordered. I called the location and they told me they would make the subs when I arrived. Dariel made my sub and it was fantastic. Elise was also friendly and helpful. Great experience.

They were as friendly and poor services to me, i was ordering lunch for my clients and she didn't advise me the bogo wasn't part of the walkin.. We had to go online... I could have cancel the order and redo on line, but didn't want to create more of issue.. I wasn't happy and I don't believed that would do business with this location,,

This subway is always clean and friendly. However the other night I pre ordered subs. Got there as they were finishing up , great. But when I got home the first sub was missing toppings and the 2nd , a cheese steak the meat was ice cold . The cheesesteak has always been served hot and was quite a unpleasant surprise after A long day at work . Hopefully it was just a training error with a new person because this was a great subway
