1st and last time at this location. I ordered 2 beef tacos extra meat and my wife had the flautas and we dined in. Didn't get extra beef and the meat was cold. I couldn't finish it and hopefully I don't get sick from what I did eat. The chicken in the flautas was cold and dry.

Terrible! Wheres the Beef???Whats happened here? Wow, we ordered 2 Beef Taco Salads, and 2 small Beef Tacos and both of our orders were missing the meat and lettuce! Really? Was someone sleeping in the kitchen? Or maybe like everything else these days, the hired help just doesn't seem to care! Been ordering from the Leesburg location off and on for a few years now. Last night's order, will be our last. Prices go up, and quality and quantity of food goes down. Why? What's the overhead on shredded lettuce and a few taco fillings? Terrible skimpy order and over 30 bux out the car window! I'm tired of this trend when picking up food after a busy week so we don't have to cook. This takes the cake. Disappointed sadly and no more!

Food is okay for the price, but my big problem is how can I not request my chips on the side of a nacho that I plan on driving home with? I don't care that the computer won't let you enter it, just tell the cooks in the back verbally. The chips are soggy in 10 minutes flat, they're kinda gross when I get home, 30 minutes later. Also the pay machine demanding a tip for a to-go order is kind of ridiculous. You're not a cheap place to eat. Pay your employees more money and don't ask me for a tip when I've got no accommodations from you. As well as asking for a tip before you recieve the service is wrong. You get good tip for good service and you're asking before service. I got a beef nacho, there was almost no beef in it, and also a couple random pieces of chicken idk why, will not come back unless some things change here.

Blown away ate the quality and freshness of all ingredients. First time here, and upset that no one told me how good this place was for the last 5 years since moving to FL. Chipotle and Moe's doesn't even come close! Burrito was enormous, steak perfectly cooked and seasoned, nachos so large my wife only ate maybe half... will be back!??

I ate here years ago, and hated it. Gave them another chance yesterday, and picked up the taco take home meal kit with ground beef, and chicken. The chicken was more dry than the sun. The taco beef was absolutely DISGUSTING, and tasted NOTHING like taco meat. Whoever at corporate that thinks they have good taco beef is delusional. It almost tasted like they added sugar to it. It tasted how I imagine cat food to taste. I dare anybody to tell me their taco beef is good. This was the last time I will waste a penny on this place. GROSS

I hope things change soon at what was one of my favorite places to go on Tuesday! The last few visits have been terrible with slow service, food mistakes, and having to ask several times why I haven't received my order.

They absolutely gutted their online/app menu, apparently "in an effort to provide the highest quality products and experience for our guests." Which is utterly counter-intuitive. The flautas I used to love ordering? Gone. I used to be able to swing by during lunch break for carry out, but that's no longer an option. No idea what they're thinking.

My experience with this store versus the one in Clermont has been much better. The staff is always friendly, the food here is made better, every time, and they don't seem to skimp on things like the other location does. I love their nachos and chimichangas.
