As of today they are still cheating the system making you wait behind the black pole Burger King has the timers to make your experience better but it's actually making it worse because they're just trying to find a way to cheat it shame on the managers for having the employees do this foolishness to make it look like they're doing a good job when the managers obviously are not because they can't keep their times up

I ordered the whopper Jr 2 for $5 deal. I was charged $3.39 for each. I ordered both with cheese and without pickles. Both had cheese and pickles. Manager corrected my bill. Thank you to her.. Was so frustrated I left without getting shake I ordered. Date/time of service: 5:32pm 4/18/24.

I made an mobile order ahead of time to make the process go smoother. When I arrived there was a huge line of people, no biggie. It took us 30 minutes to finally get to the ordering machine. After, we had to wait another hour for the cars ahead of us. When we got our food it was already cold! Not great service! Don't come if you're starving!!

So waited in line with 4 other cars for about 20 minutes. Got up to the front and continued waiting another 8 minutes before moving forward to the post. They have you move to the post so they can make it appear on the cameras that they get you your food quicker than they do. At least that is what I think. This is the only Burger King I have seen do that. I think I wasted about a gallon of gas just waiting to get to the window to pick up my food. Very horrible service

This BK is horrible. The bun is super cold, fries are hard and taste old and burgers are sloppy. I stopped going here but that’s why so many have closed down the food and service is horrible.

The people at the window were kind but this food came out extremely sloppy, although it was good. I wouldn't suggest going through the drive-thru line while it's busy, unless you want to wait 20 to 30 minutes

I go there quite often. The manager is loud and rude. Never has a smile or never a friendly greeting. They are the only BK I know of that don't have internet.

Absolutely pitiful! Waited for an hour in the drive through. Only spent between the speaker to actually having our food in our vehicle. Then our order was short a fry and a burger was made wrong. I completely regret going to get food from this burger King. Then the manager walked out to take trash out instead of refunding the money because we didn't want to wait 20 mins for that to be fixed! Absolutely awful and that isn't even accurate enough.

Sat in the car line for 45 mins for a double cheese burger. Tried to walk inside to ask what the hold up was. There were 8 bags of food that was sitting getting cold while 10+ cars waited. Food was cold when I got it. Manager yelled at me to get out of the store and refused to answer my question or give me my food that I already paid for. I will never visit this location ever again and I will be calling corporate to explain to them how disrespectful I was treated in front of the customers.
