I discovered a species of bug I have never seen before in my strawberry salad. He was very cute but an unwelcome stowaway. Lookout for Green Lacewings in your salads! I eat here a lot and it is a first.

I have never been to a Culver's before. I was nearby on business and looking for a quick lunch, this place was recommended and it didn't disappoint. Staff was excellent, friendly, polite, and helpful. Food was better than most fast food joints, and the shakes were great!

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to do your job. Every single time my fiancé goes there, she has to go back inside because they forget the cheese curds, they forget the marinara they charge you for, the forgot the fries, I order a shake it’s melted. SMH
Always on point. 1 time ever did I have hot food, not fresh at all! I have been going since it opened..not bad odds at all!! Most places I go it's opposite! 1 time good others old food . So it's definitely my 1st choice for fast food!!
The grilled chicken sandwich was not seasoned at all, taste so bland and the bread wasn't soft and fresh. But the fries were decent, wouldn't return again though.

It’s been three times already where the service was absolutely terrible. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but the wait and quality of service was horrible. The food was all smushed and I was missing food. I was already upset that I received the food late that I forgot to check inside the bag, once I got home an order was missing. The workers watch you wait and say nothing, even if you order online, they’ll just have your food sitting on the shelf, forgetting it’s even there. Honestly this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Culver’s, although it might just be this particular place and it’s workers.

Messed up our drive through order badly
Hit and miss. The patties on both burgers today were 3x as salty as they needed to be. The previous visit we did about a week ago was great.
