this new crew is sooooooo incompetent. on top of never getting my order right, the last straw was when they made me go around and wait again just because they didn’t have my order ready. what’s the point of being a fast food place and taking forever. literally no redeeming qualities. NEVER going to this location again.

Did a mobile order and thought we should go through drive through. They told us we had to go in but we were in the drive through line. We asked if we could receive our food through drive through. After several minutes they said yes and they gave us our cokes and told us to park in number 2. Our food was never delivered. Finally went inside and the food was sitting on counter. This was after we asked an employee delivering another drive through order. He said he would check but never came back.

Placed a DoorDash order I work in the hospital down the street overnight and even my door dash driver texted me saying it was taking way too long so I call and ask what’s going on is there a issue with the food and whoever answered the phone yelled at me “I DONT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE” ? these people kill me if you don’t like your job then QUIT

Very BASIC breakfast order was incorrect to the point, one must've TRIED to do so: someone forgot THE "egg" ? on a "#McDdgaf Sausage, EGG & Biscuit Meal." I replied, "3cream & 2sugar,plz" when asked, yet NONE provided when I received a black coffee; I didn't taste it, as it was not for myself. The 2 apple pies, I was charged for, simply were not in the bag. Upon speaking to someone (upon arriving to destination) I was advised "they PROBABLY did not have any apple pies, at the moment". It'd have been nice to know the above info & have had the opportunity to order something else to replace the 2 apple pie orders + had my Total adjusted correctly PRIOR to leaving the drive-thru... Not upon dropping off an 'absolutely wrong in everyway' breakfast order to brighten someone's day. Nothing says, "I Care & Hope You Have a Great Day!" like delivering something that seems as if I had no clue or given it a 2nd thought of their preferences. SMH

Gave ice cream and drinks then told to wait in any reserve. Never provided straws had to go in and ask. When the food I bought I thought I got the wrong food it didn't match my receipt. I'll say they never match don't worry about it like that always. . Sorry disappointed this is horrible service and stop calling it fas food it's not. One good reason I do eat fast food any more. If I wanted to wait I'd cook at home. The prices are outrageous compared to yrs ago..... ridiculous ?
