Second time here, first time was really good, yesterday was terrible, waited at least 5 minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted coffee and what an attitude she had. Second waitress came over and took order waited 40 minutes for food when it came out everything was cold, didn’t ask to reheat do not like microwave eggs. Very disappointed must be a locals spot because when they came in was waited on before they got to table.

I ordered the Vegetable Omelette. It had tiny specks of tomato & green pepper and was completely filled with Jalapeño peppers. the menu said 3 eggs but with all the peppers it looked like two eggs at most. I had to pick them all out to taste any of the eggs. I ordered a side fruit cup for $4. I received maybe ten to fifteen grapes in a small bowl. Finally I paid cash and my bill showed they increased my bill by 3% for a credit card not used. I was with good friends and I did not want to continually complain when one of them recommended the place. I will never eat there again!

Hitchin' Post is legit. Don't let the outside fool you - this restaurant has delicious food, fairly priced, expeditious service, and a very relaxed vibe. Food is always consistent, hot, and fresh. Waitresses always make you feel taken care of without being overbearing. I love this place.

Food was great. This is not a fast food restaurant by anymeans. It is off the beaten path and they do have a great hamburger.
Very clean and total renovation inside.Managed by people from the local area. Take pride in there place .We will be back soon and thanks for everything.

Ok, first off Kim was very nice. She was quick and on top of it. The coffee was great. My omlette was great, biscuit delicious. The potatoes a staple American side was old and tasted like a burnt stove top. If the potatoes were good they would get 5 stars. They were disgusting, not edible. One last thing the restaurant was rather dirty it needs a deep cleaning. Other then that everything was great.
