I have always loved jet's Pizza. But tonight I ordered it for delivery through doordash and when I open the box there was a roach in the box. Absolutely disgusting. Will never order there again

I ordered a large pizza at 730 tonight and it was never delivered!!! I called and the guy who answered the phone was unprofessional and laughing. I’ll never order from Jett’s again!!! You could have made it right but you didn’t.

Ordered pizza from here last night (2/3/24) and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 22 minutes and then had to wait an additional 17-18 minutes from there. The extra wait wouldn't have been so bad, if....if the pizza wasn't way over cooked and the crust didn't have the consistency of cardboard. We didn't mind paying a little extra for pizza from Jets, because it was typically worth it. Unfortunately the last 2-3 times have been very disappointing.

Salads are huge and delicious. If you love a deep dish crispy crust on your slice of pizza, the 8 corner pizza is the one to choose! Also, the crust flavor is yum! We will be back.
I'm a big fan of jets pizza, being from the Midwest this is top 3 pizzas. They always have great deals and daily specials at this location. My favorite is the deep dish pepperoni. We got some cinnamon sticks for free through a local promotion.

I got a deep dish. It was good. We all enjoyed it. However, after paying $23 for a large pizza I expected not to have to cook anything. The large pizza was quite small. Maybe a dominos medium. It was unable to satisfactorily feed a family of 4: 2 average size adults, and two average size kids under 5 years old. The point of pizza is so I don’t have to cook. Jets let me down there.
Had a bad experience with the text the order for %15 discount. I only live 1.8 miles away but the website would not let me text the order for delivery. It's false advertisement on there website.

Honestly to many places claim they have good pizza and are actually trash. Jets may not be authentic NY or Chicago deep dish or blah blah blah but it's good everytime I go I know what I'm getting. My family and I all like it. It's slightly crispy, slightly chewy, a bit sweet w the sauce (but not overwhelming). Just the right amount of cheese. Very good for this area!

Just moved from GA and there was a Jet Pizza that I'd stop at on the way home from the golf course. Good service, good Detroit style pizza. The Fishhawk location is very small, no place to eat, takeout only. They didn't even have an electronic menu screen, just a dry erase board. I ordered from a young lady, there were another 5 or 6 teenagers working in the back with an older woman. Lots of yelling out orders and noise from the back. My pizza was hot and tasty, although a bit of a greasy mess that leaked through the box on the way home. The crust was like a crispy bread, not chewy like Neapolitan pizza. Sauce was zesty, and the toppings good although not applied that heavy. It's somewhat amateurish, but I enjoyed my pizza, it was good value and a good size.
