“My husband and I had a great experience there today 8/20/23. Chastity O. was at front and drive thru. She is a great multi tasker and had awesome customer service!!! Her team with her that day were great! We tried to call the 866# on the receipt but it would never go thru. In this day and age where customer service is a challenge, I thought they did great!“
“I had seen quite a few commercials showcasing the "Double Burgers" and wanted to try one.I ordered the Double BBQ Bacon Cheese to go.The wait was shorter than I expected.The food temperature was great. Sadly, there was no taste. I expected a char taste that makes their burgers so good. The only flavor was when I got a bite that had a dab of BBQ sauce. Even the bacon did not add any flavor.On a more positive side, the service was great, and the restaurant was very clean.“
“Delivery is great when u get your food fresh but the buffet is terrible the food on the buffet is cold,old and no sauce, also the table service is practically non-existent and there is dirty dishes on almost every table. So in short carry out or delivery is your best option.“

“My husband loves this location because he says the hamburgers are the freshest in the area, and he's always pleased.My experience recently was not good. I ordered a veggie Whopper and received instead the Impossible burger. That is not the same item.I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 tea and apparently the 1/2 that was sweet was the only portion I received.When you do take away and don't realize these errors until 20 minutes down the road, it's not fun.“
“Easy to order and scan rewards code at the counter. Food came out very fast, was hot and freshly made. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful.Atmosphere was 1 star less due to only one drink machine having ice, and the dining area needed a little attention. Seems like they may have been understaffed in certain areas.“
“Ways is always a pleasure to eat there. I love is this daily bake fresh bread, being able to see how much food is being put on your sandwich and how it is being made. Subway employees are Masters at what they do they are very nice and friendly people. We are blessed to have such people serving of us. I didn't leave their pay should be above minimum wage because they're above average people make above average sandwiches and other foods. Everything there is always fresh, I have only been disappointed when I have made a wrong choice of item. Thank you team Subway, I could eat there everyday. ???️?“
“This one is the best one to go too in live oak Florida, we ordered a semi difficult big order.. this one Burger King got it 100% right.. the one's in lake City always get them wrong to where I always have to go inside to complain and ask them to redo it and make it right. I hate having to do that.( I don't like looking or sounding like a Karen). If you want done right the first time and right go to this one... The best one yet.. my husband even said he wants this place to be the only one he goes to now..“
“My sister and I were on our way back from Gulfport, Mississippi. I had the special. Three pieces of chicken, fries, and gravy. It was delicious. I had water to drink because my sugar was a little high and I wanted a ice cream cone also, after I got done eating my chicken. The large vanilla cone was delicious also! Some of the dairy Queens and other outfits have went to the ice milk and it ain't worth a flip! But not this one! My sister had the chili dog combo. She said it was delicious! The kids working in here were great! They were also very kind! My sister and I were so glad there was no gangster rap trash playing on the radio! Every time we are in the area we are sure to stop by!“
