The food was delicious, however the parking lot was closed and I wasn't told when I made my reservation. We ended up having to park a half mile away and waiting for a shuttle. Not much fun. Who would've known that you could have terrific Italian food on Longboat Key? We had an awesome server, Lisa. The bread basket was perfect. The Caesar salad was awesome with fresh anchovies. I had eggplant parmesan that was simply perfect. I tried the bolognese, which was spot on. By far, the best was the lemon semifreddo dessert with lemon curd. Holy smokes!

Husband got the grouper special. Was very good. I had ordered a pizza since they have a pizza oven there by the bar. It looked and tasted like a frozen cardboard pizza. Don’t know why they wouldn’t be serving fresh pizza here but stay away from ordering the pizza as it doesn’t look or taste appealing.
