Over priced food for small portions. Didn’t know what a whiskey sour was. Scrimped on bread. Failed on making basic kids Mac n cheese. You just expect more from a country club experience. Unlikely to return.

Buyer Beware: The food is definitely not worth the prices. There are much better choices for restaurants in the area. I had the chicken pot pie and it was not good. It looked appealing on the plate but upon closer inspection it was not good at all. There was hardly any chicken and the vegetables were clearly frozen and kind of mushy, the gravy was a gelatinous goo. Yuck! My husband had the Cobb salad and it too did not taste well. Also, there was a $23 up charge for a chicken add on to the salad!!!! The add-on was more than the price of an entire entree. We didn’t ask the prices so that was our fault but we definitely feel taken advantage of. On the good side, the manager did inquire about the pot pie and it was taken off the bill. We will not recommend this place to our friends or family. There are much better restaurants around the area, try those first.

There use to be an AMEX commercial that said "membership has its privileges " and the Longboat Key Club adheres to this mantra. The food and service at this restaurant are top shelf(4.5 stars) and the menu rotates. Mondays is Burger bonanza night with all the trimmings. All other nights the food is wonderful and the menu diverse. Daily lunches are served from about 11AM to 3PM.Unfortunately, you must be a member or resort guest to enjoy this establishment.

Great atmosphere, Jerilynn was amazing, and the Sunday prime rib was tender and cut like butter.
This was private club the guard at the gate, the hostess or the waitress mentioned this until we had a drink and ordered. We then were asked to leave. Very poor experience and entirety unnecessary. Should not be listed on Goggle
